On-Site Tech Support Services

On-Site Services are generally billed at $75/hr with a 1 hour minimum. 95% of all problems we deal with can be taken care of within an hour, with most others a maximum of 2 hrs. We usually bill no more than $150 per PC for even the most complex issues. (Excluding parts) And we'll let you know what you can expect beforehand. A $25 Trip charge is sometimes added for those addresses requiring more than 20 miles of travel each direction and is waved for service calls of 2 hrs or more.. We also have flat fee pricing on just a few service examples below. We do much, much more however, so if your issue is not listed, please give us a call. On-Site Service Areas

STANDARD ON-SITE SERVICE CALL - Most issues [$75]
95% of all issues we deal with fall into this category. General computer issues, printer and scanner setups, external peripheral setups, troubleshooting, internet issues, e-mail issues, network connectivity, secure website access, software program issues, hardware diagnosis and replacement, adware/spyware issues, viruses, freezing, computers slowing, data recovery, moving data from old to new PCs and general maintenance and system optimization.

COMPREHENSIVE PROBLEM DIAGNOSIS & RESOLUTION [$75-150 maximum]
(Including possible Operating System re-install)
This will fix major problems with a single computer, as well as give you a complete system cleaning and Tune-Up. All attempts will be made to save any important data, emails, favorites and settings.  If you have a failed or corrupted hard drive or a corrupted registry, or a piece of hardware that is causing faulty operation it may be hard to find. This is the complete, out of the box fix. Flat rate. (not including any necessary hardware)

SETUP AND SECURE NEW/EXISTING PC [$75-100]
If you already have a new computer and would like to have it secure to keep the viruses and spyware away this is for you. This includes removal from the box if need be, and all the windows critical updates, all driver updates, removal of startup programs that slow your system down,  installation of Anti-Virus and Firewall Software, and some instruction on a few basic programs to get you started.

HOME NETWORKING

Wireless Network Setup [$100] 2PCs
We will setup your wireless network so you can securely share the internet, printers, and files from anywhere in your office or home. Total of 2 devices will be setup for you. Any additional devices will cost an additional $20 per device. We will also setup file and printer sharing, and instruct you on how to use it.. (Devices that can be added are computers, access point, print server, range extender, Xbox, Xbox 360, or Playstations)

Single PC Network Install [$25]
Setup a single (1) computer to a wired/wireless network. Set up File and Printer sharing.

Wireless Security Setup [$45]
If you already have a wireless network and would like it to be secure-dont hesitate! Up to 90% of wireless networks that we have run across are not secure. Unsecure networks let neighbors and "passers by" within range, connect and use your internet connection. This can create liabilities, and can leave your data and network open to criminal activity.

Restore CD Creation [$40]
If you bought a pre-manufactured computer and would like to have restore cd/dvds created this if for you. (Includes CDs)

Full Data Backup [$80-120]
Do you have all your business information on your computer? What about all your family documents, photos, music & videos? What if it was all gone in a blink of an eye. Your risking your business or home files when you do not backup your data. This service includes a full data backup of your system or anything that you want. You can either choose to have your data backed up on DVD's or an internal/external hard drive (you must provide the internal/external hard drive).

Emergency Data Recovery "24/7" [$200]
Did  your computer crash with all your information on it? Do not worry, we can recovery data from your hard drive in most cases..

Data Migration [$80-120]
Move all your important data from one working computer to another working computer. Set up Email, Favorites, Settings and Preferences.

ADDITIONAL ON-SITE SERVICES

DIAGNOSTICS [$50]
The diagnostics cover anything hardware including motherboard, processor, memory, video card, hard drives, cd/dvd burners, power supplies, floppy drives, etc.

OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALL [$100]
Did you just purchase a new operating system and would like someone else to install it for you? This service includes the installation of your new operating system and all driver and system updates.

SINGLE SOFTWARE INSTALL [$15]
Any install of a single software title or suite.

HARDWARE INSTALL [$25-$100]
Any install of (1) piece of hardware in your desktop or laptop computer. Examples are power supplies, motherboard, cpu, memory, video card, hard drive, optical drives, and fan(s).

TRAINING [$45/hour remotely $75/hour On-Site]
Did you just get a new computer, software title, mp3 player, digital camera, sound system, handheld device or docking station and having trouble using it? Would you like to learn how to be more comfortable and effective using the software you use most?  We can provide you with the training you need to get you up and running within an hour. More extensive training also available for students from beginner to expert.
